Chocolate and toffee is one of my favorite combinations, add caramel and I’m in heaven!  I’ve always loved chocolate — give me a choice between chocolate and any other flavor and I will always choose chocolate. The richer the better!  And, this Heath Bar Poke Cake is so rich and divine that just one taste will have you hooked. Plus, it’s super easy to make.  You’ve got to love that!
