Sweet and Tangy Pulled BBQ Chicken

(3) Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Vegetable Oil
(1/2) of a small bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce
1/4 – 1/2 a cup of Brown Sugar (Depending on how sweet you want it.)
1/4 of a cup of Honey
Seasoned Salt
Hamburger Buns (or use Hawaiian Rolls to make sliders)

My kids just love this recipe!  It also makes a great game day recipe.

Start by placing your chicken breast and a generous amount of vegetable oil (for frying) in a skillet.
Sprinkle the top of your chicken breast with seasoned salt.

Step by step:

Flip and repeat on the other side.
Heat up skillet on medium heat and begin browning your chicken.

Make sure chicken is cooked completely through, and slightly browned.

Place your cooked chicken in a food processor or mixing bowl.

Shred your chicken. If you choose the mixing bowl, shred chicken with a hand mixer or forks.
After chicken is shredded, add in BBQ sauce, brown sugar, honey, and a couple dashes of seasoned salt.

Mix all ingredients well.

Place on buns. You can add Cole Slaw as well.
Serve and enjoy!

Makes about 4 – 5 sandwiches.
