Everyday Ways to Get Exercise in Your Daily Routine

Exercise is often a word that provokes two different reactions. 1)Walking 

An easy way to start feeling fitter is to start walking more often. Before you say you “don’t have the time,” there are many ways to incorporate walking into your lifestyle that are simple and effective. If you live in a city, this can mean getting off your bus or train a stop earlier on your commute or considering walking the whole way into work. Despite having physical benefits, walking also has many mental benefits. When you do a HIIT, your body releases serotonin, much like doing an hour’s worth of cardio. 3)Take the stairs
